An English Christmas
Lutheran A Cappella Choir,
David Mohr, Director
The Lutheran A Cappella Choir of Milwaukee invites you to experience the joy and majesty of the Christmas Season as they present their annual Christmas Concert, “An English Christmas.”
Featured will be carols and texts of English origin, and by English composers such as Gustav Holst, Ralph Vaughan Williams and John Rutter. Arrangements of traditional carols and hymns like Sussex Carol, Coventry Carol, O Little Town of Bethlehem, What Child is This, The First Noel and others will be on the program, as well as a medley of English carols, “Fantasia on Christmas Carols” by Ralph Vaughan Williams.
A reception will follow the concert. Tickets are $15.00 general admission and $12.00 for seniors and students. Tickets may be obtained from the choir’s website - www.lutheranacappella.org -- or at the door.
