Befrienders: Members befriending members in visitation, caring, and companionship
needs. Meet individually as needed and once a month. Book Discussion Group: Read and discuss selected books. Meets first Friday evening of the month, October through May only. Koinonia Groups: These small groups gather in the homes of members for study and reflection. They meet at a variety of times and varying number of times per month. It rapidly becomes a close network of friends and believers! Men's Study Group: This group meets during the traditional Sunday School hour, 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on Sunday mornings. Men are invited to participate and study the weekly topics together. Women's Study Group: This group meets during the traditional Sunday School hour, 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on Sunday mornings. Women are invited to participate and study the weekly topics together. Mom's the Word: The mom's group gets together on the 2nd & 4th Thursday (depending on the school calendar) from 9:00-10:30 a.m. to offer support, spirituality, friendship and a listening ear for their busy lifestyles. Child care provided allows them to concentrate on themselves for a few moments. Click for current schedule. Women in Touch: This Monday morning women's group meets at 9:30 a.m. and discusses a variety of concerns and challenges. It regularly tackles the Scripture as a means to learn about life. Monday Morning Men's Study Group: This group meets every Monday morning, 6:30-7:30 a.m. to help men jump start their week by studying God's Word and applying it to their lives. Friday Morning Women's Bible Study Group: On-going 12-week in-depth studies that challenge and help participants grow in their knowledge and relationship with the Lord. Prayer Chain Ministry: A network of people who receive prayer requests each week, or as needed, via phone or e-mail and are committed to praying for the needs of members and others. Discipleship Task Force: Dedicated and committed to in-depth studying, reviewing, practicing and recommending resources, as well as being a supportive service to life-long discipleship training and development. Healing Prayer Ministry Group: Committed to in-depth studying, sharing, praying and preparing for direct involvement in healing services and visitational ministries. Cancer-Care Support Groups: A regularly (weekly or biweekly) supportive and education resource for persons diagnosed with and/or in treatment for cancer. Spouses, family members or other support persons may be included. Family Cares Group: A small group of caring parents of family members with specially identified concerns and struggles. Both supportive and educational, this group meets on a monthly basis. |
