Ray Eismann, chairman of the Building Renovation Committee, presented a progress report at the Town Hall meeting, Dec. 18, 2011. The Committee has been making steading progress with their work and they reported on where we are with this process.

Town Hall meeting, Sept. 25, 2011

Ray Eismann, chairman of the Building Renovation Committee, presented a progress report at the Town Hall meeting, Sept. 25, 2011. The Committee has been making steading progress with their work and they reported on where we are with this process. They have prepared a "Request for Proposals" (RFP) which has been distributed to nine arhictectural firms and is be available to the conregation and is online [here].

The Building Renovation Committee used input from the pastors, staff and congregation to develop a prioritization of projects. These are:

1. Upgrade Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning
2. Combine and improve Staff offices
3. Kitchen Modernization
4. Additional Education Space
5. Music Space
6. Security
7. Education Wing Updating & Renovation
8. Technology Upgrades
9. Nursery Area
10. Storage, Includes Recycling & Donation Areas

Committee members are: Pastors Gary Erickson, Chris Manke and Margaret Schoewe and Ray Eisemann (chair), Paul Braun, Ed Bross, Dave Fagerberg, Jeff Higgins, Patricia Granger, Tim Nelson, Paul Schmidt and Lynne Thomas.
